I do think YouTube is a good site but it does have some disturbing videos that is not blocked even though they don't display nudity. Anything seductive to me leads to sin.
MySpace is just plain evil. I have not found anything good on that site. Plus it is basically a dating site so you can find lots of predators online like you see on DateLine and the news.
Thanks :) |

Hi Freebieking,
Here is an alternative website that I recommend which is www.Godtube.com. This site is refreshing and "clean".
Blessings,

I am not thrilled with the name "Godtube.com," as I think it sounds disrespectful, but certainly that site appears safe.
Be that as it may, Youtube is just chock full of FILTH, and actually, going to Youtube is what caused me, after being on the internet for SEVENTEEN YEARS, to go to a pornography site. There was some "soft" stuff on Youtube with a website address written across it. I typed that site into my browser, hit "enter" and there it was. And then from there I went to another, harder site.
But I realized I was sinning and risking the happiness of my marriage. So after too many days of going to those sites---about a week-and-a-half, on-and-off, I joined "WiseChoice.net." Then, for the fun of it, I tried to access those URL's, and voila----ACCESS DENIED! THANK YOU, WiseChoice.net!
The same day I installed WiseChoice.net, I told my wife I'd slipped, but that I'd installed WiseChoice.net so that I could not continue. She was upset at first, but later gave me a hug and thanked me for being honest with her and for getting WiseChoice.net.
Now, with regard to Youtube and MySpace, doesn't WiseChoice.net have some way that will allow us members to keep from going to those sites?
One more thing, I wish I had installed WiseChoice.net long ago, and think all Christians should install WiseChoice.net or some other filtering device BEFORE they slip the way I did.
Thanks and blessings to all! |

I was getting a little tired of all those things on YouTube. Thanks for the link.
I was just wondering: is there any web browser for the iPod Touch similar to WiseChoice? It's just that, whenever I'm tempted to view porn, I go on my iPod, because it doesn't have a filter. I'm hoping to fix that, with out having to pay a lot of money (as I currently have no job, and haven't moved out of home yet.)
If anyone has one, it would much appreciated! |

Is it on the app store? That way I can just download it directly to my iPod. (plus, I don't have my own phone to call with)
